COLNODO is an experienced organization working in the field of ICT4D and public access for more than 10 years in Colombia. Along with other organizations, they are now setting up the first national telecentre network. With the support of telecentre.org, COLNODO is developping a successfull project intended to research and implement modalities of social apropriation for telecentres implemented by the national telecentre program COMPARTEL. They are also developping a telecentre training program in collaboratin with ESPLAI.
