Grretings from team iBdNext! I appreciated this initiative. I believe all that the communities from developing world need such facilities very much to connect globally. Once they connected they will find there own way to take service from their nearest telecentre. Thus the users will increase day by day from such initiatives. Team iBdNext has a plan almost like this in Bangladesh. Which we called "do4d: The reality festival".
