Translation in english:
We should brainstorm about the indicators that are basic to evaluate our academies, and point out our priorities. Those indicators should evaluate the quality of capacity building of our academies and would permit us to evaluate the impact of our centres on the users. Other indicators should be quantitative, they should give us some statistic results that makes it more easy to follow up easy.

In Spain, through close contact with our motivators we've gathered important information that we've analyzed and has helped us to follow up the activity of our academy in an efficient way.
Satistics like for example the fact that motivators stick to their job, give us information on the efficiency of our capacity building, also because our training revaluates the profile of the telecentre profesional and helps us to construct career path that are more clear.
Another important indicator according to us is repetition, the fidelity of Academy pupils.
Another important indicator is the presence of pupils from different networks of the country or territory. It would be an indicator that would give us an idea about the present and potential pupils, and thus an index for the penetration of the Academy in its environment
