I think the operator of telecentre is a new professional and no have anyone on the maket labour. The most role of the national academyies of telecentres is formation this professional, include in undergradution level.

Dear friends of academy!
I think in the present scenario, the identity of telecentre operators are predominantly male!! I say this as i have noticed how the image of either manager or operator is being created. Given the situation like India, where the literacy rates are by far too less, we need to be aware of what we mean by providing a chance for capacitating community representatives. Where do women stand in this multi-crore public moneys?
