Then probably it would be better to open up this group in our Spanish site at: http://telecentre-comunidad.ning.com Although, it is ok to open up a Spanish group within English site, I thought your presence and group in the Spanish site will probably more beneficial. Please also note, someone has to take responsibility and manage the community within the group. I assume thats what you'd be doing for this group. Please let me know if you need any help.

These are local champions from different countries, who, regardless of their educational status and personal circumstances, have dared to do something different to empower themselves, their organizations, and the communities around them.
It is interesting to learn how to make computer learning accessible to the poor especially those who only had a few years of primary education and are adults, especially the women.

Also, we might want to say that the position is based in Delhi (preferably)... if we fail to find a candidate from Delhi, we might look for one in Manila.
