EXPERIENCES OF SOCIAL NETWORKS-ICT

Over 28 years on different continents (Asia, Africa and Latin America), in developing projects for economic and social development as well as experience in the formulation of the World Planning Guide (ENDS / DAC OECD), allowed to participate and build social networks and ICT networks, which contributed to the development of peoples.

Successful experiences in WFP, WB, IDB and UNDP contributed to the accumulation of successful experiences.

Technical assistance in reengineering processes of international organizations and institutions, could combine the experience of planning methodologies to boost social networks based on ICT

PERU ACTIVATING UNIT CAPITAL

As part of advice to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), participated in a joint experience between state and society, democratizing access to information and resolve specific problems affecting the population.

The experience has allowed Peru Module attend more than 351.426 people through integrated activities of 14 departments, 44 programs and 18 OPDs.

The experience started in Lima, in the slums of Ate (Huaycan, Ramiro Priale, and Horacio Zeballos Amauta Valley), then Villa Maria del Triunfo, Victoria, San Juan de Miraflores and Lomas de Carabayllo. Subsequently, the experiences in Lambayeque, Lima Province in the city of Huacho, contributed to the population has access to titration, water, electricity, improved housing, employment, access to health services and education, and access to productive resources .

This experience allowed us to identify problems in the Victory of Tuberculosis in Lomas de Carabayllo permitted to raise awareness of environmental health issues.

As the first phase of Module Peru grassroots organizations have decided to continue with the joint experience promoting social networks through the use of communication technologies and information.

Progress continues in networking Puno and Arequipa, as well as advances in network construction in Cusco in partnership in Cusco.

To this end, the ICT network has formed PERU, which integrates:

Environmental Health Network
Network Educational Technologies
Planners Network
Rural Development Network
Experimental tourism network

The ICT NETWORK PERU, aims to promote the democratization of access to information, the full development of skills as well as the impulse to the knowledge of information and communication technologies
