These are local champions from different countries, who, regardless of their educational status and personal circumstances, have dared to do something different to empower themselves, their organizations, and the communities around them.
It is interesting to learn how to make computer learning accessible to the poor especially those who only had a few years of primary education and are adults, especially the women.
A location managed by Ugabytes and supported by telecentre.org, where members can ask questions or provide responses to telecentre management, content & service development, training, technical, fundraising or evaluation issues.
Also, we might want to say that the position is based in Delhi (preferably)... if we fail to find a candidate from Delhi, we might look for one in Manila.
