Participating is n't hard, feel free to add photos, write blogs about ICTs, participate in on going forums etc. There are always links titled ''add blog, add comment, start discussion etc so in case you want to any thing- always click on such. Adding content will be easy.
Also, we have many groups, feel free to join according to which ones interest you most. Once you join, you can always participate in on going discussions, start some, give comments and opinions.
