- José Avando Souza Sales is General Director of the Telecentre Information and Business Association – ATN. He majored in economy and post-graduated in Planning and Management of Human Resources. He has worked for over 20 years at The Brazilian Mail and Telegraph Company (ECT), occasion in which he held the post of General Coordinator of the School of Postal Management. In the Federal Government, he has carried out several activities. He was the Ministry of Communications representative at the Common Market of the South - Mercosur and at the Information Committee of the Permanent Forum of Micro-enterprises and Small Enterprises, when he participated actively in the creation of the Telecentre Information and Business Projects to support digital inclusion of micro-enterprises and small enterprises. In the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, he has worked to articulate partnerships with private and public enterprises to support the Telecentres project.
