- DAP is the Philippine government's training and research arm and the designated National Productivity Organization. The organization has mainly two thrusts-- productivity and governance.
As part of DAP's active role in the country's development efforts, it has been actively involved in the telecentre (Community eCenter or CeC) movement in the Philippines through partnerships and collaborations with the National Computer Center of the Commission on ICT.
DAP has been part of the founding of Philippine CeC Network and the telecentre.org Philippine Community eCenter Academy (tPCA) and has committed in fulfilling the promise of empowering CeCs and CeC Managers as efficient tools for development.
I was part of the DAP team that was directly involved in these endeavors. :)
