One more time the Community Facilitators of Telecentre.org Global family rushed to their Annual gathering this time in Barcelona. Centre Esplai is warmly accomodating not only our bodies but also our ideas and thoughts.

A global team from all corners of the world is meeting here now to discuss the past year and the one to come in a very concrete way through a well thouht of agenda and agressive and active participation and engagement. The team is to come out of the meeting: as a stronger team that works together globally, a team that went through a thorough reflection process that deconstruct and re-construct the whole strategy, a team with some new learning and skills, and finally a new work plan that will shape the year to come.

Day one has just concluded itself with some amazing results that focussed on the Team, The Portals, and the Community. The day was a revolving learning experience for all the CFs, where each and everyone played a role. One thing I want to reflect upon here was the fact that the day started with a Circle and ended with another circle, which in my opinion were two symbolic yet clear ways to move then use the energy and potential that this Global team of Community Facilitators have. I am so looking forward to tomorrow.

Thanks Kareem: any discussion/evaluation of the ning platform, any possible coupling of mailing lists with the platform?

Just sent you a message to wish you the best. We need to share the outcome and proceedings of the conference.
The community facilitors need this kind of exposure to make things happen.
