Telecentre Leaders' Forum MENA – Mashreq Region
Amman 15-16 July 2009
The purpose of the event is to convene telecentre practitioners and development partners from the Eastern MENA region (Mashreq) to share experiences and develop plans for strengthening telecentres in respective countries. 45 participants have been invited.
Objectives
1. To convene telecentre practitioners, network leaders and telecentre support organizations as a strategy to build functional relationships and to lay the foundation for telecentre networks in each country;
2. To share experiences through presenting the best practices and case studies of various participating countries;
3. To build the capacity of participants to share experiences and network using online tools;
4. To expand the MENA telecentre network by engaging new partners and practitioners.
