The objective of EmPower Newsletter #2 is to share regional experiences and information concerning strengthening regional networking and communities of practice. In addition, the Newsletter provides a global platforum for sharing information concerning key partner’s work and experinces. The newsletter is a good fórum for the EmPower community to share good practices and learn from each other. Please submit regional updates, news, good practices /comparative experinces and events to Ms. Stephanie Hodge shodge1@gmail.com. The next newsletter is tentatively scheduled September, 2009.

It is interesting to learn how to make computer learning accessible to the poor especially those who only had a few years of primary education and are adults, especially the women.
